Re: How do you stop controlling your dreams?

My current technique is to set the intention to visualise a news reel, then when I seen similar topics to dreams I had before I know I’m lucid and kind of insert myself into the action. I also when I’m doing reality checks during the day, tell my subconscious to pick up random details for creating r...

Re: What is the importance of this?

I like your suggestion. Perhaps it is implying that I am not listening to something important. And because I am not listening, I am confused. I am actually a tactile learner. Visual is my second strongest, while audio is my least strongest. Being tactile fun, I wouldn’t of thought to be tactile in ...

Re: Advanced Dream Controller for over 40 years

Hi, I’m sort of similar, in that I’m 42 and have been experimenting with dreams since I was age around 13. I haven’t always had good lucid dream experiences though. I was having very vivid memorial dreams from an early age and I can remember a specific dream from when I was around five years old. Th...

Re: What is the importance of this?

I’m wondering if you consider yourself an audio person or a visual person? Maybe the dream is showing you something that you should see rather than hear. Perhaps, it’s the other way round you should be looking to visually compute your answers rather than listening to them in words or sounds. Or I do...

Re: Reality checks doesnt work for me

I can count in my dreams. I can also read in them. Sometimes my whole dreams are symbolmatic in nature and I can redraw those symbols when awake. Maybe that’s because I’m a very visual arty person. Others might be able to play music or remember lyrics from dream songs. Sometimes counting or reading ...

Re: Dream Signs

By dream sign, you mean something that tells your dreaming, so you can become more lucid? I use dream signs in lots of ways but I don’t really know the current and common ways lucid dreamers use signs. Don’t you set an intention before you sleep of somethings to look out for? Like I will tell my sel...

Re: hi from an unintentional astral projector

Hi, What you are describing seems very familiar to me as I had similar involuntary experiences when I was a teen. It can be very frightening and stressful and I sympathise. What you are describing are typical OBE or astral experiences as I know them. However, this is a lucid dreaming forum and many ...
