Re: Did a WILD INSIDE a DREAM!!??

Thank you ThePurple, I actually had some success with the sheet thing just this morning. I took that same advice somebody else had given me and visualized a dream scene while remaining calm and waiting for a dream to form. Then I quickly took off the sheet as if I was waking up in the morning to get...

Re: Beginner needs help with WILD

Thanks ThePurple. That's really good advice, I strive to make it relaxing and when it isn't I stop, I usually still become lucid in the morning through a FA. I'll learn to WILD eventually. For now I am concentrating on experimenting with my FA lucidity.

Re: Beginner needs help with WILD

That's what I was thinking, thanks piiixar. I also read a sleeping mask can help because it puts light pressure on your eyelids.

Re: Beginner Questions Welcome!

srdjan, try eating cheddar cheese before bed, it worked for me. I had very vivid dreams that night that I remembered in the morning. Also waking up early in the morning while you are in REM sleep.

Beginner needs help with WILD

I have been trying to become lucid practicing the MILD technique and it kind of worked but I couldn't get my sheet off my face after attaining lucidity. I am practicing the WILD technique but I am having trouble keeping my eyes closed. Like it hurts and it feels forceful to close my eyes, my eyeball...

Re: Did a WILD INSIDE a DREAM!!??

After reading all that, it sounds confusing. Let me know if you guys can't follow what I'm trying to say. I still wonder if I was awake or asleep when I was doing the visualization, so that's part of why it's so confusing, I'm confused myself. Do you guys have any way to tell when you are awake from...
