Re: LucidCatcher – NeuroModulation for Direct Input into LD

Dear @DreamerMan99, thank you for your posting. By the "Stimulation" we mean the tDCS, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transcranial_direct-current_stimulation LucidCatcher is using four channel 200uA low-frequency (Gamma range) current stimulation (check out the full specifications and tests...

LucidCatcher – NeuroModulation for Direct Input into LD

Hello guys, did you hear about new studies on Lucid Dreaming – where people are going into the sleep journeys with a press of a button? Such studies are like a publication of Voss et al. (2014) – https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24816141 We've done own research on that point and found out we can ...

Re: This is a technology I would use every time I sleep.

Actually, we all have similar archetypes which are building images of the world around us when we're dreaming. So the machine could convert these archetypes into images – and you can watch a video already: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inaH_i_TjV4 There are scientific publications on this point: h...

Re: Calea Zacatchichi Questions

Hi guys,

normally Calea gives you around +20% of LuCiD Scale if you know what's this sort of thing. So it really works well, sometimes.
Some people really love it, as far as it doesn't have side effects, and works in the long term if you make a 1-week break after 1 week of use.

Re: Binaural Beats: Dream Hacks

Sometimes during our daily tests in a sleep lab, we're giving people headphones to fall asleep faster, and use something with Delta to drop off the mind storm. For dream hacking, it could be nice to try something like this –  https://soundcloud.com/mindpersuasion/gamma-40hz-binaural-beats-for-intens...

Re: Detect REM phase with Xiaomi Mi Band

The hand bands are not going to work well to determine the sleep phases for you anyways.
Try to look on something deeper. Something you can wear on your head. You know.
EEG is the only way to measure your dream phases, so get attention to it!

Re: melatonin

We use melatonin in a sleep lab during the daily tests, so people actually fall asleep better – and we even see REM coming faster.
It's usable for lucid dreaming, if you're already mastered some technique, or using some dream machine.

Re: Self Awareness Meditation

Did you try something like Brainwave Mind Voyages?
It's very deep.

Re: Piratcetam brands

Piracetam is not so efficient for lucid dreaming, in our point of view it's better to get some Calea, then to force yourself to drink pills.
It also has crazy side effects, you are going to be such a nervous for the whole day – what do you think you gonna dream about?
