Re: More Questions About Lucid Dreaming

Sorry, I haven't been on the forum for a while. The main issue is that I can literally recall nothing from a single dream. I wake up, and have no idea what I dreamed about. It's completely gone. So I really have nothing to go off of. Until I remember even the slightest bit, I won't be able to do thi...

Re: More Questions About Lucid Dreaming

It's been about two weeks. I'm not keeping a dream journal yet, as I have nothing to put in it. I have not remembered a dream in a long time, but I really want to be able to lucid dream.

More Questions About Lucid Dreaming

So I was wondering after my last thread if anyone knew if you had to constantly focus to get a lucid dream using MILD. I've been going to bed and saying phrases for about a week now. The main thing I was concerned about was that I usually say it a few times, then doze off, but for a few minutes afte...

Re: Questions about lucid dreaming

I tried it the first night, and nothing happened. The second night, I was really tired and crashed early. Do I have to start the cycle over again? Also, do I say it in my head or out loud? I've been trying both. The main issue I think I have is that after I say it a few times, I doze off forgetting ...

Re: Questions about lucid dreaming

Ok, so just say it like it's what I want? A lot of people say you have to believe it will really happen, but since I haven't had the experience, I don't know how to imagine it, but I can make it clear that it's what I want when I say it in my head. But so I have to say until I go to bed? Is it all r...

Re: Questions about lucid dreaming

Ok, that sounds like a good idea. But I'd like to know if I have to say it once, because I don't know if I will remember that I have said that. If you say it once every night, will it eventually work?

Questions about lucid dreaming

So..I had a few questions about how to lucid dream. It sounds like such a cool experience. I can't really use wake induced lucid dreaming because of my sleep schedule with school, but I have tried to use MILD a few times. It has never worked, mainly because I'm not tired enough, so in the long time ...

Hi

Ok, so I'm really excited to join this community. My name's James, or Jamie to my friends, and I'm 14 years old. I live in New York City. I'm new to lucid dreaming, so I'd like to get some help. Not much else to say.

:D
