Re: LucidCats LucidDreams

Once again - this is more a post to myself. In the last days some bullshit happened in my life that threw me off the track. To make this official - I am going to get enough sleep, write in my dream journal, do reality questioning, meditation and physical exercise regularly again. Update: I'm still ...

Re: Pulling items out of Dreams.

You can create something in a dream. Say a magick ring, spend many dreams and rituals making that item powerful in dream. Then you make the ring in the waking world or get a blacksmith to do it. And then lucid dream and connect the powerful dream object you have spent a great deal of time and energ...

Re: My lucid dreaming journey!

I think it's great that you write down your process - it will help you big time to stay motivated. Personally, I believe the perception of time while meditation is very different than during the rest of our conscious time. I think that's quite normal. Time is relative, after all. I've never thought ...

Re: Adam, a sleep technologist and former LDer

Hello, My name is Adam and I'm a sleep technologist in Minnesota, USA. I started working in sleep a few years ago but have been a bit obsessed with sleep and dreaming since I was a child. I work in healthcare, but my particular interests are in sleep research. I am mostly interested in research of ...

Re: LucidCats LucidDreams

So, I painted the scene with the blue cat which once made me realize I'm dreaming. I think I will make more art to illustrate my (lucid) dreams because this was fun.
Does anybody know how it works to add pictures to forum entries?

Re: LucidCats LucidDreams

Also, just a little thing I picked up from your last entry... don't be so hard on yourself ;) we all do silly things, that's just a part of life. Fail your way to success, that's my motto :P I'm trying not to be - I swear! :D Getting back into the lucid dreaming habit has taken me some days - now i...

Re: my LD experiences

I even recall having an LD 4 nights ago, and it occurred on a night after I had had quite a few drinks during the day which is odd. Maybe it was some type of dream rebound phenomenon after the alcohol was already processed by your system. I wish you the best of luck for getting back at it. It's coo...

Most likely it won't help you. THC is known to reduce REM sleep. REM sleep is the stage of sleep when you get vivid dreams and when your chances of getting lucid are the highest.
