Re: Dream Journal Discipline

Alright, Liliana, we're on a roll! Well... not entirely on my behalf, I missed today because I was a little preoccupied with worry. I've got an essay that was supposed to take me a month due tomorrow. And I just started this morning. >.< I suppose I could still write down a bit on my dream from toda...

Re: Roadblock

It is pretty dang hard to ignore an itch, i'll give you that. It can't happen that frequently, though, can it? If it is, are you sure you're not setting the intention of having to itch yourself? Maybe you're not really itchy at all! Paradox for the LOSE! Either way, i'd just say hope for the best an...

Re: Flying problem?

Also, how can you escape your location, for instance, I was 'stuck' inside. I did not try to escape as being new to LDing, I immediately tried to fly (after stabilizing myself, of course) A very effective method for changing your location is closing your eyes and spinning in a circle while assertin...

Re: Roadblock

You shouldn't consider swallowing a pertinent issue. It's completely natural to swallow, and it shouldn't impede your paralysis if it does happen. What's important is keeping your body in a still state, it's okay to have slight facial twitches and fluctuations, because it's a normal process. Keep yo...

Re: Dream Journal Discipline

Woot! I wrote down a dream today. Took every effort and fabric of my being (especially considering I had to get out of my bed and walk downstairs into my living room, which is where my dream journal was), but I did it!

I'm glad you're open to the challenge, Liliana, we can do this!

Re: Video That Gives You More Lucid Dreams

The same thing had been happening to me the last few times I'd tried to load it. I just assumed it was an error on my part. Works now though!

Re: What's the negatives about LD?

Lu30d, i'm pretty sure that's right. But since you only can have around 100 minutes of REM (dreamtime) sleep a night, I would think it wouldn't exhaust the brain too much. So, ultimately I'd say the drowsiness would stem from how much actual sleep you get, and since the amount needed varies from per...
