Re: Any device to track brainwave frequency?

the ZEO that is now out of production was the best as it used sensors for EEG, I now have an EMFIT and its based on bio feedback. not that accurate and still one of the better devices. if you want to get something that works it needs to record EEG or else its just a caculation. I am still looking fo...

Re: please help WILD

everyone is right and wrong and most likely repeating what has been read of hopefully experiences. If you get to the HI state you are on the verge of being in a dream. From here it can be an instant leap or sometimes an awesome show but no go for lucid. What I do is keep observing any images and jus...

Re: Incredible Space Flight Dream!

If I get lucid by a WILD and during the process of achieving this I put my awareness into my body and connect in a gentle way with these feelings then I may get some SP or gently roll out of my body or float out then this is an OBE. I simply do this and can be standing next to the bed, from here its...

Re: Incredible Space Flight Dream!

Nice, I have had a lot of spaceship dreams. One of fun way to get started is to get OBE and go to the glass doors in my room. Gently push on them and the glass softens and then form a bubble and let it encapsulate me. From there I will a space ship to form around me and I have on of green glass and ...

Re: Can lucid dreams be used to cure mental illnesses and heal a damaged psyche?

I took part in a study by a uni in the state and its goal was to see if this is possible. the main focus was in using lucid states to help with PTSD and it seems there are some indications that it will help. It was a small pilot study but the results were good that you can influence states of mind t...

Attempt one

Experiences with Claridream Pro First up I am going to put supplements in context. I have used a few with great success, given some to my partner to try and she has little or no success and no lucid dreams from using them. They are not magic bullets and it still requires skill and experience to ente...

Re: Time release 5-htp and time release Melatonin - Are they helpful?

hi, tend to agree. I dont have much trouble getting back to sleep and normally get up for a couple of hours very early in the morning so its great for WB2B and it all tends to fit in with my sleep patterns as well.

Re: Time release 5-htp and time release Melatonin - Are they helpful?

used 5HTP a lot on going to bed and with sleep detectors like ZEO and EMFIT it shows a little more deep sleep and less REM at times but is not consistent. That could be due to me if I have a beer or coffee on going to bed or late afternoon. I like it and use it if i am on a mission to get lucid and ...
