Re: endless waiting for sleep paralysis

Interesting. Yes I was laying completely still and avoiding any eye movement. SO I was lying there wanting to turn over but didn't. So I wasn't at all comfortable.

endless waiting for sleep paralysis

I have no problem having LD using the WBTS technique but I would like to be able to go directly to LD drea state because currently I an successful only 1 time per week or so. I'm trying to use a new technique to LD via WILD and having a problem. I just read about a method that is focused on staying ...

Re: Do LDs occur in a coma?

I'm not sure sure about where you looked this up but I think there is WAY more to it than some weird dreams. Comas have lead to MANY NDE, OBE and other paranormal experiences.

There have been many books written on the subject. Take a look at "Dying to be me".

Re: Need help controlling my dreams better.

Seems like you are already miles ahead of the average person. I would be happy with that.

Besides,,, would you really want to be fully conscious and in control every minute of every dream? Sounds exhausting to me...

Re: Hypnagogia help.

I found that trying to enter LD directly always ended up in frustration and hours of lost sleep. I have found that the only reliable way for me to LD is to just let it happen. Thinking about it during the day is also important because it puts the idea in your mind. So when the though appears in your...

Various OBE authors have described this "jolt" as what happens when your astral body has separated from your physical and it snaps back into place.

Re: Question about the phrase "getting excited"

One of my favorite things to do while lucid dreaming is paragliding. I do it in real life and I do it all the time when I'm dreaming. It has never woken me up. The thing that WILL wake you up if huge emotional excitement. Like running around yelling that you are dreaming. I would just try parcour an...

Re: failed reality check and vibration in my ears

As Peter said- the vibration thing is a classic sign that OBE is close. I've had many LD but vibration (actually for me is was very load buzz in my ears) just once. I didn't know what it was so didn't know to "stay with it" and try to transition out of body. Wish I knew... Here's a suggest...

Re: OBE's ???

Are you trying for OBE or lucid dream? Similar but different.

For me starting w/Lucid dream was best easiest because I didn't need to manage and go through the who leaving body processes. LD is a lot simpler (to me).
