Re: do dream characters have a mind of their own?

I believe they do have a mind of their own. When I look into their eyes I see conciousness. They don't behave like you want, and Most of the time they surprise you.

OBE to another dimension

Title: OBE to another dimension Date: Sunday, 04/13/2014 Plot: This begins as and OBE. I go for it and leap out of body with relative ease. I'm in my bedroom. It's dark but I find myself in front of my mirror. I look at it and I see Jesus looking back at me. Not sure what to make of that. Perhaps it...

Re: Meditation

I find it hard to quiet my mind too. I put on my noise canceling headphones, along with a comfortable sleep mask and listen to meditation music. It blocks out any outside distractions. but I usually fall asleep.

Re: Having a hard time changing scenes... Ect

A technique of changing scenes would be to find a door, and say what you want beyond that door. Then open it and go through it. This has worked for me in the past.
of course you need to be lucid to remember this.

Re: Having troubles with WILD or WBTB (HI)

Yeah, I would get up, and maybe go to the bathroom. I find if I just lie there I usually won't have a lucid dream, but if I get up to go to the bathroom and come back to bed and read for a few minutes on lucid dreaming, then I have my best chance of lucid dreaming. I think of it as 'loading up some ...

Re: Lucid Dream Pills

Actually I just ordered these earlier today, and I expect them in a few days. I was looking to order more Calantamine, but saw these instead. The reviews seemed promising, so I'd thought to give it a try.
I'll post the results here to let you know how they work for me.

Re: What do you wear in a Lucid Dream?

Lately, I noticed that I am wearing what I go to bed with, and thats usually just underwear. And I'm usually looking for something to wear. I'm starting to think maybe I should start wearing more clothes to bed, so I don't have to waste my time looking for clothes. :-)

Re: Favorite way of keeping a dream journal?

I use an app called Note Taker on my ipad, and I keep it next to my bed. I don't have to turn on the light either. I have a soft tip pen for the ipad to write. Works great.

Re: Best dream journal?

I have my Ipad on my bedside, and I use an app called Note Taker. It's a handwriting note taker, that works perfect for a dream Journal....and I save a tree for not using paper. Some times, when I wake up and I don't want to wake up fully, I will use the audio recorder on my phone, and speak out the...
