Dream Journaling usually improves your chances of being lucid but everyone is different. Often, we can remember what we dreamt of when we wake up but throughout the day we forget, or if we don't the dream will only stay in our memory for a short perid of time and won't make it to our long term memory.

Personally, I like mainstream pop and also classical (quite a contrast, I know!) But really, I enjoy listening to most genres except for heavy metal...

I think without an external stimulus you wouldn't grow or change, eventually you will get bored (long term limit to infinity here) and you would probably go insane. Also, how am I supposed to be using Isochronic Tones? You're supposed to wear headphones, but is it safe to wear headphones to bed? :P I'm guessing I shouldn't be using big headphones, so earbuds would probably do fine, right? My friends and I often discuss our dreams, mainly if they are funny or if they feautured our dreamselves in them - it's more interesting hearing about someones dream if you feauture in it as you can see how you would act through someone elses mind and see their perception of you in given situations!

Hmmm, I'm not so sure, I would feel almost empty and maybe i would get restless after a while, eternity is a looooooooooong time, lol. Death is a part of life..

I like to keep my mind open to any possibilities! Thinking about it... Isn't being an atheist basically a belief system in itself as there is no solid proof to prove what happens when we die...
