Thank! That makes a lot of sense. I was actually telling my wife the same thing last night about just about a different issue that she is dealing with. I guess I need to listen to my own advice... 11 Weeks... Still no lucid dream.

I took some advice that I was given here and stopped stressing over having dreams and trying so hard for a week with no results. So, discouraged and exhausted from trying for so long, I took another week off; no reality checks, no journal, nothing... Despite vivid dreams every night, nothing anywher...

Haha... I believe so yes. I think the knowledge that I was just laying In bed visualizing shoked me back awake. So if I had that realization then yes, I had to of known I was dreaming. Im just not sure if I was aware within the dream or if the shock of laying in bed then standing on a beach with my daughter in my arms just woke me up and I was aware of the dream once I woke...

But even at that, I just feel stuck :?
