Re: LD Religion Experiment

Doctor, I'm not sure what you mean by the second part of the experiment, but it doesn't really matter if people post on here because I am looking for a certain something in all the dreams. Plus I am usually pretty busy so it is just easier for everyone to post on this thread rather than having to go...

Re: LD Religion Experiment

You do have a point Hagart. I just don't want people reading what other people post and then having that influence their dreams. I just tend to ramble when I start writing something, haha. But I do want your help! :D

LD Religion Experiment

Hi everyone! I have an experiment that requires the help of as many experienced lucid dreamers as would like. The experiment is, I would like you to enter a lucid dream and tell your subconscious to take you to see god. That's it. Now there is one qualification that I would require. If you have ever...

Re: Beginner Questions Welcome!

Sterre, I have heard of one other person having this problem and honestly I don't know why it happens, but maybe try and just wait. If you know you are dreaming, instead of doing all those reality checks, just wait and see if anything happens. Unfortunately that is all I can suggest. Try looking at ...

Re: My dream signal goes unnoticed!

It takes time to condition your subconscious to realize these things. One night of reassuring will not do the trick. You need to do it every night, and way more than three times. Just repeat it in your head until you fall asleep. The number one key to lucid dreaming is patience.

Re: Beginner Questions Welcome!

Sander, you need to stay aware and keep your mind busy. You can observe the passing thoughts but do not interact with them. Just observe and send them on their way. When you are ready you should try and create the dream in your head and play through it. If you succeed, eventually it will turn into a...

Re: Beginner Questions Welcome!

Sander, when you start to lose awareness of your body, when you start to get intense hypnogogia, and when your thoughts start to drift are all signs that you are beginning to fall asleep. Benchy, you should fish through the main site for your answers, it will be able to explain what your asking much...

Re: Beginner Questions Welcome!

Podman, yes anything is possible in a lucid dream. Sander, it could just be that you are so new to lucid dreaming that your mind isn't used to it yet so it just wakes up. But you are doing the right thing when you wake up in hypnogogia. Just stay completely still and observe the images. When you fee...

Re: Beginner Questions Welcome!

You might have just gotten too excited when you realized it was a dream and woken up. That's a common problem with beginners.

Re: Beginner Questions Welcome!

Are you saying that you could feel your physical body moving around while you were asleep? If so, no, that doesn't normally happen when you start to lucid dream. Unless you were actually awake or you had a false awakening.
