Re: Lucid Dreaming and sleep walking!

I don't think I can go back to bed physically because I use the DILD method, meaning that I'm already dreaming, so I'm not in my house in my dreams. And even if I did create my house, I wouldn't know where I was physically. A few times my husband has managed to somehow lead me back to bed while I'm ...

Lucid Dreaming and sleep walking!

I was wondering if anyone has had sleep walking problems while lucid dreaming? It turns out that the past few times I have had a lucid dream, I have been sleep walking. The strange thing is that it only happens when I have a lucid dream, and not from normal dreams. I've never had sleep walking probl...

Re: About WILD....

Thats an interesting technique Je-Je! I've never been able to WILD, so I'll try counting to 100 tonight and hopefully I'll get somewhere. So you count beyond 100 or do you start again?

Re: Situations that happens to me on my dreams

I also find that I can't seem to speak or my voice is really quiet in dreams. I wonder why that is O.O

I've also noticed that DCs seem to speak German to me, not English even though I live in Australia now. Even people I recognize, who I know only speak English, speak German.

Re: Having troubling getting motivation = Dry spell..

I had a long time when I couldn't Lucid dream, and I started to give up on it. I spontaneously had one out of nowhere and it sparked my interest in lucid dreaming again. I think the trick is to try and maintain a good attitude toward it, which I can understand is very difficult. One way I remember t...

Tips for relaxing completely - OBE (Need advice)

Lately I've been trying to have an OBE, trying heaps of different methods and techniques but I seem to have one major problem, and that is being able to relax enough to be able to "loosen" myself from my body, so to speak. I keep trying, but I don't think I'm getting anywhere. I mostly lay...

Re: Staying in lucid dreams

I had a lucid dream last night and rubbing my hands together seemed to work perfectly! Everything was much more vivid and I managed to stay in the dream longer. Thanks everyone for the advice!

Re: How to prevent waking up?

I always look at my hands and focus on them. Just look at all the tiny details of your skin. That works for me all the time, and I haven't woken up from realizing I was in a lucid dream at all.

Best thing is to just calm your mind, as it can be an excitement thing as well.

Drawing your dreams instead of writing them - Dream Journal

Has anyone else drawn what they remember in their dreams, in their dream journal. I find it helps me, when going through my dream journal to get a better picture of what my dream looked like, to draw scenes I remember the most. Not all of my entries have pictures with them, just the ones I could rem...

Re: Weird WILD Problems & Sleep Paralysis

I don't have an answer for you, I'm sorry, but I have the exact same problem as you with SP. My eyes always open even if I don't want them too, and when I try again, it happens all over again. For me I think it's because I'm not fully relaxed, which is difficult for me to achieve. Hopefully someone ...
