Re: In your lucid dream, what do your hands look like?

lucidinthe, skytaniaaust1 : thank you very much for your answers ;) Say if you look at your hands and you are missing parts of fingers.. it could mean you are missing something out of your life or missing seeing something eg having a loss of understanding about something (I guess what individual fi...

Re: Beginner Questions Welcome!

I have an interesting experience. When I was in my first LDs, I had to do several reality checks in order to persuade myself that I was dreaming....but now when I am dreaming I just think about LD and I know that it is just a dream without any reality checks. :)

Re: In your lucid dream, what do your hands look like?

Why do our hands look strange in LD? Can someone explain it?
In dreams our unconscious can create people or things with the same and exact details like in the real but I really don't understand why it has problem with our own hands. :)

Re: Beginner Questions Welcome!

Well, today I woke up at 6 am. and I tried FILD. I am not sure if it worked but maybe did, because I had 2 LDs in the morning and I didn't wake up immediately! They didn't last too much - about 3 minutes but it isn't a shame for the beginning. I am going to try it this night again :)

I think you mean FILD not FIND but there MILD - mnemonic induced lucid dream, WILD - wake induced lucid dream and then there's FILD - finger induced lucid dream..... Yes, I meant FILD :) I tried it last night, but it was really hard. I couldn't keep moving my fingers for longer than several seconds...

Re: New Members Present You Here.

Hi, I am Michaela, 18 year old, I come from Slovakia (Central Europe) I had my first LD after 11 days. How did I discover it? I've seen The Inception like someone of you. Then I read something about the film and lucid dreaming was mentioned there. I didn't know it, so I started collected information...

Re: Beginner Questions Welcome!

I usually use MILD. It's the best method I've tried so far. It means that I do at least 10 reality checks and I try to write down as much dreams as possible every day. Finally, while I am falling asleep I use suggestion method, for example I say in my mind: Tonight, I realize I am dreaming or just I...

Re: Beginner Questions Welcome!

Do you go into the dream with challenges you really want to do? If not.. make sure you do that so you can really be focused on a task and not focused on that you are going to wake up. Its your focus on that you are going to wake up which as you know already is probably what is making you wake up. S...
