Re: Is it worth trying Sleep Paralysis?

It is difficult to even get into SP in the first place if you are a beginner at Lucid Dreaming. Usually you have to use the WBTB method to even attempt this stage. Typically once you fall into SP, as long as you remain calm, you won't have too many side effects. You may feel vibrations or have a bi...

Re: OBE?

I do not remember the dreams, but my parents used to tell me years later that when I was 5 & 6 I would have to wake them up and tell them about my recurring dream. I would be too excited to sleep until I shared or something. I told them that I had gone for a ride in the big boats that would ris...

Re: *HELP* Getting into Dreams and Lucidity

I am thinking of trying the Wake back to bed method but I will be going to work early in the morning. Would it be possible for me to wake up 5 hours after I go to bed then sleep the 3 or so hours until I have to get up? The thing is that I have some trouble getting to sleep. And what are your thoug...

Re: *HELP* Getting into Dreams and Lucidity

Keep up every thing your doing, but try this. first sleep in for an extra two hours if possible. It should easier to experience these dreams because you'll be more awake then normal because this is extra sleep you don't need. Also after 5 hours of sleep, wake up by setting an alarm beforehand. If yo...

Re: Baby - dream/reality - please help!

Dreams are merely a reflection of what you want. You want a baby and life with him, so that's what's you dream about its that simple. I still have feelings for my ex, and because of this I have dreams almost every night of being around her. They always feel very real. So much to the point that when ...

Re: I can control dream characters

When I'm semi lucid (doing everything like in lucid on my own, but not completely aware that I'm sleeping) I can control dream characters just by touching them and 'transfering' my thoughts. In paat, I've done it without touching few times. Is it normal? Has any of you experienced it? P.S: I've nev...

Ummm why? Your post is missing some pretty crucial information. You don't say why this is useful,
sounds pretty pointless weird and hard for no reason lol

You weren't bragging. Nesgirl can be an alarmist at times. I never heard anyone here brag. Welcome to the group. Most of us have no place to talk about our dreams, lucid or otherwise, so we have all gravitated here to this forum to talk to like-minded people and share stories and ideas. I wasn't im...

Re: Why some people CAN'T lucid dream.

I taught my niece and nephews how to Lucid Dream at least once (and one of my nephews is 3), don't say I am a fraud. Want my advice? Try watching the TV in the middle of the night for about 5 hours without moving your body at all and see what happens. Let me just put it in this way: TV benefited me...

Re: Are You Dreaming?

I read it, and it was a informative read, I too like how he mapped out the three pillars, but when it to comes to books Rebecca has reviewed, there is a far better one she reviewed. Its called Lucid Dreaming: Gateway to the Inner Self. Its a just amazing book, I highly recommend it. [ Post made via ...
