How do you meditate for Lucid Dreaming?

I know there are many different ways to meditate, but how do you meditate so that when you are in a Lucid Dream, your mind is more focused and less likely to drift off into a normal dream

If Lucid Dreaming is making you exausted, next time you are in a lucid dream try to lose Lucidity, just sit down in the dream, close your eyes, and try to go back to sleep

Anggethan, I would reccomend rubbing your hands together while you are lucid and focusing on one object and try to make it clearer

Welcome to the forum, its completely natural for some people to dream vividly a lot, and that's not a bad thing, I wish I could remember all my dreams xD

First of all, I am currently not really into Lucid Dreaming at the moment, but I was wondering if waking up early would help you remember your dreams. I always sleep in till 11:30 and rarely remember dreams so it only makes sense that if you wake up earlier, you have a better chance of remembering. ...
