Does a sleep pattern matter?

Hey,

I do shift work so I go to sleep at different times. Does this affect the number of lucid dreams you get?

a problem I can't seem to fix

Hey guys! I got 2 lucid dreams last night with just the MILD technique. But the first one ended right after the reality check (became to exited).after having the first one I repeated the sentence "When I lucid dream again, I will keep calm". So with the second lucid dream I was not as exci...

Re: Lucid Powers

So I had the same problem, but last night I had a lucid dream. When i wanted to fly, I just knew I could fly. So i jumped in the air and flew away. The point is: you know you can't fly in real life because it is impossible. And that tought keeps you from doing it. You just need to know that you can ...

Re: Questions about WILD

Oke thanks! I tried it after 6 hours of sleep, I started to create a scene (just a tree on a field). But I fell asleep and I was in a different environment. Suddenly while I was walking I just knew I was dreaming, didn't even do a reality check. Most awesome part was, in my previous LD (months ago b...

Questions about WILD

Hey guys! I think MILD technique isn't effective for me anymore and I would rather get a lucid dream on command. So I did research about the WILD. And I got a few questions: 1) Is it really nescesarry to perform it after 4-6h of sleep? Or can you do it when you go to bed in the evening? I also read ...

Re: Cool initialization of LD - 3 of 3 attempts successfull

3 out of 3 my ass... I went to sleep last night at; wait, sorry, I LIED DOWN at 8:00 pm last night and tried to go to sleep, but I couldn't. I was awake for at least an hour before I finally fell asleep. So then I woke up around midnight to one-ish, and I felt like it was going to work. I washed my...

Re: FILD

I read that sleep paralysis could be avoided with wearing an eye patch? So you don't see the scary stuff (I don't know about hearing things). I am also very scared of it.

Restarting with lucid dreaming trouble

Hey guys! So, a few months ago (with easter) I found out about lucid dreaming. I was very intrested in it. After 2 days of being into lucid dreaming (reality checks, MILD technique, dream journal,..) I got my first lucid dream, in 1 month I had about 6. My dream recall was very good, I could remembe...

Re: Trouble with LD

Thanks! most of the time when I have a lucid dream, I get a false awakening, but by doing a reality check when I wake up it should become another LD.

How long should you be awake before those yellow spots in front of my eyes become a "shape"?
