Audio-visual mind machines

Has anyone used any audio-visual brain entrainment mind machines (with audio and LEDs goggles)? I had never heard of those until a couple days ago. I see quality ones retail for $200.00 to $600.00. I have used audio brainwaves entrainment a lot in the past two years, mainly binaural beats. Those nev...

Re: Evolution of WILD sensations

Hi Tania, nice to see you here again! :)

Thanks for sharing your experience with this. I find it fascinating to compare experiences, because even though there are differences, there also are a lot of common points, and it's interesting to find common points in a highly subjective experience.

Re: Evolution of WILD sensations

In my very last WILD, that I had a couple weeks ago, when I was in the HI state, I started by seeing spinning shapes, and at that point I asked for help getting out. I immediately saw arms reaching for me out of the darkness (same place as where the HI shapes normally appear, except it was arms). Th...

Re: Evolution of WILD sensations

... I used OBE to mean a body exit by floating out and have about half of my wilds like this, the rest are by entering directly into the dream I have said this a few times but the difference in producing either effect is where I put my attention, either the body or by looking into the darkness and ...

Re: Evolution of WILD sensations

It seems that as you get more familiar with teh sensations then you start ignore them a bit and turn the focus inward and so forget about the body sensations and go directly into a dream more than an OBE and dream. That could explain why there is no audio buzzing anymore. Also, I never had the 'OBE...

Re: Evolution of WILD sensations

Thanks Snaggle, very interesting. What are the two chemicals involved in vibration sensations? Also, if you have some quickly available scientific references that describe those stages, I would appreciate. Otherwise, I'll just google around. I'd like to read more about this.

Re: Moldavite stones for dreaming

Dreamworld777, Well yes, a lot has happened in my life since March, but I must say that I had already been experiencing major inner changes before that (and that's a huge understatement), that started end of 2012 after I had an out-of-the-blue epiphany. So I don't know how much a role the moldavite ...

Re: Just joining

Hi Lorraine, Welcome here! :) I would LOVE to hear your stories, maybe you could post some in the 'Share Your Lucid Dream' section? Especially the one where you talked to a being from the future, I am dying to hear that one! :) Also the one where you opened your eyes, what did you see? Was that your...

Re: Evolution of WILD sensations

Thanks for sharing that, HAGART! In your account I see these common points with me and with the DMT experiences: the visual transition element (the blue flashes of light), and possibly some of the vibrations/inner tension (although it's in your head only and from your description it does not sound i...

Re: Fun trick to try while walking/whatever.

Maybe I am completely off, but that's what this exercise reminds me of: the daily exercises in 'A Course In Miracles' (I must admit I have only done the first 50 or so). That is, look at everything around you in a totally neutral way without any preconceived ideas about anything in your visual field...
