First (probably) lucid dream!

Hey guys! I joined a while ago hoping to have my first lucid dream after a few bouts of on and off practise. WELL, result, it seems! I wasn't even deliberately inducing it, as I've been working recently and didn't have time to commit to it. But, I was laying in bed the other day, I had been up on my...

Re: Another dream about going lucid?

I've been doing them for about a week too! Though I've known about lucid dreaming for about a year now, this is like the second time I've taken it seriously. But yeah, I guess it shows that lding is definitely in my subconscious now. [ Post made via Android ] http://yoursite.com/phpBB3/images/mobile...

Another dream about going lucid?

Hey everyone! So last night, I had one of those really blurry and short dreams. The essance of it was basically that I was on a bus with an attractive blonde haired boy. Out of the blue I started kissing him, and I SWEAR I can remember thinking to myself something aling the lines of: 'hey, I'll be a...

Re: Subliminal Lucid Dream Training Made By Me (Re-done) (MP

I am highly skeptical about this 'subliminal messages track'. I can induce 4 to 5 lucid dreams a night without it, so why would I want to use it? I really hope you realise that this is really cruel. Its not nice to put down somebody's work like that, and it's definitely not cool that you would call...

Re: Recurring visions while meditating?

Thanks for replying! I appreciate it. So, say I'm just nodding off to sleep when, all of a sudden, the first image, which is static, by the way, will just pop into my head. Not connected to any thought processes or anything. So I think what happens is that when I see the first image I am reminded of...

Re: Trouble with WILD?

Ah I see! I thought you were more implying that staying still was almost false, and that moving actually helping in the induction of WILD. My mistake! :)

Re: Trouble with WILD?

Er, hi everyone, I don't mean to butt in aggressively or anything, but can I mention that on Rebecca's website on 'Exploring Your Hypnogogia' it mentions towards the bottom that pretty much if you resist the urge to move, you've got some serious hynogogia coming. Soo, surely that would induce sleep ...

Recurring visions while meditating?

Hi everyone. I thought I'd pop another quick question here about something that slightly mystifies me. So, whenever I try to just close my eyes and have a reflective moment- or while I'm meditating, I keep having two particular images pop into my head out of the blue. Even when I'm focussed. I've ac...

Re: Unrealistic Dreams - but still no lucidity?

Oh okay. That makes more sense, haha.
But yeah, going back to SILD, I'm hoping if I try the affirmation 'I am lucid, the world is vivid' my mind will pair the sense of falling asleep and becoming lucid, so that I might actually state 'I'm lucid', and it might work. But thanks for the tips too!

Re: Unrealistic Dreams - but still no lucidity?

Can I ask you what you mean by hybrid techniques...? Forgive me, its only that I've been mainly sticking to Rebecca's website's tips and tricks, and I can't say that I've heard of it on there.
