Re: Dream recall for lucid dreams

Although I haven't found a better alarm, my dream recall has recently increased. I'm not sure why, but I've remembeted 4 dreams this week. I am posting here because for the first time ever I have written more than an entire page on a single dream. Let's see if I can keep this up. Also, I haven't fou...

Re: Dream recall for lucid dreams

I've been doing a little better at remembering my dreams, but still have the problem of a bad alarm. I realized that I do have some money, though. Does anyone know of any alarm clocks / windows phone apps/ iOS apps that have worked for them as an alrm clock for dream recall? I just need one that goe...

Re: Dream recall for lucid dreams

That works phenomenally, but my alarm is distracting because it doesn't ever stop going off unless I go up to get it. what I really need is a better alarm clock. Unless any of you know of a perfect alarm clock that is cheap online, none of you can really help me with that though.

Re: Dream recall for lucid dreams

Sorry, but I don't follow. Maybe you misunderstood my post. When I look back at it, I realize it was very unclear. I am saying, "I will remeber my dreams" repeatedly in my head each night. I am not trying to lucid dream yet because I need better dream recall first. Or did I just misunderst...

Re: Dream recall for lucid dreams

OK. Does anyone know if the MILD technique could help? Instead of the typical use, I could use something like, "I will remember my dreams."

Has that helped anyone else?

Re: Dream recall for lucid dreams

I have a dream journal and I write in it when I remember my dreams, but that isn't very often. I hope to write in it every day, but... I just can't remember every day.

Dream recall for lucid dreams

I wanted to lucid dream first almost year ago, so I started to try improving my dream recall, but I went from remembering dreams once a month to once a week. Eventually, I sort of gave up. Now, I've revived my interest in lucid dreaming and I've started to remember more dreams, but I still need a mu...

Intro to me

My name is Meister Nacht. No, that is not my REAL name, it is German for Master Night, which is meaningless. It just sounds cool. I am here because I have a a busy life and want to lucid dream for free time. I like watching TV shows meant for children, listening to soundtrack music, and origami. If ...
