Onions and lucidity

This is a bit weird, but I was curious if any of you had any experiences of this. I had been for a couple years actively working at lucid dreaming. I really have only been able to do it WILD method and was able to at will, but still a beginner. I put it aside because I had a couple classes I had to ...

Re: I asked my DC if I'm dreaming

I haven't read the book, and also I haven't encountered the hostility either. I sometimes get the blank stares, but I find when I ask questions I get very interesting answers. I flat out have asked DC''s what messages they have for me, etc.
Fun stuff-

Re: Please guide me on WILD

Hello, WILD is the only method I can do, so I definitely can offer some of my thoughts. First off, I find its quite easy, however if I tried to do have one following most instruction online, I personally would not be able to succeed. It is true that the WILD method works best after you have been asl...

Re: Afraid of WILD

The loud buzzing is also an indication of an OBE. I honestly think that is what is happening with you. I can only do WILD method, and I have also had an OBE. The loud buzzing is a very common of what happens right before you exit your body. Either one is way cool. let us know if you transcend past t...

Re: Melatonin-INCREASE DREAMS A LOT!

Had to share my thoughts about this because I have tried quite a few things, and Melantonin works like a charm. 5 mg is what I take too. If you use it every night, your body does get used to it and its normal sleep as usual. I take a few days on and a few days off. I love this stuff!

Re: Lucidity in the first sleep cycle

I had a lucid dream a few nights ago, a WILD lucid dream right off the bat. I hadnt yet fallen asleep for the night, in fact, I wasnt tired at all. After lying there for a good hour, I decided to try to WILD, and lo and behold, I was able to achieve it in minutes (which on a side note, I am glad it ...

WILD method

Hello everyone. So, I have been practicing lucid dreaming for a good half of a year, and found I am able to have a WILD pretty much on demand. I'm frustrated because I have not been able to spontaneously wake up in my dreams, I have to just enter them using the WILD method. I look at the tutorials o...

Actual healing in Lucid Dreaming

I once heard a story of someone who would lucid dream after an accident happened to his foot. He crushed it and lost feeling. In his lucid dreams he created a healing device and pointed it at his foot to heal it. I took him a half of dozen times of this, and he did end up getting his feeling back an...

Re: First lucid dream. Possibly a WILD?

Agreed! I think this is the most common fear is what you will see or experience during the transition. I have listened over and over again peoples experiences with this and they all say that what you see, you create- so I have to agree with the advice of not watching horror movies. I am still scared...

Re: The hypnagogia

The few times I tried, I was easily able to enter hynagogia within minutes is by allowing my body to feel so light and floaty to the point its almost "uncomfortable". as I feel floaty, I feel (not think) about being close to the top of the room- no expectations. With my eyes closed, this i...
