This is a bit weird, but I was curious if any of you had any experiences of this. I had been for a couple years actively working at lucid dreaming. I really have only been able to do it WILD method and was able to at will, but still a beginner. I put it aside because I had a couple classes I had to ...
Hello, WILD is the only method I can do, so I definitely can offer some of my thoughts. First off, I find its quite easy, however if I tried to do have one following most instruction online, I personally would not be able to succeed. It is true that the WILD method works best after you have been asl...

I once heard a story of someone who would lucid dream after an accident happened to his foot. He crushed it and lost feeling. In his lucid dreams he created a healing device and pointed it at his foot to heal it. I took him a half of dozen times of this, and he did end up getting his feeling back an...

Agreed! I think this is the most common fear is what you will see or experience during the transition. I have listened over and over again peoples experiences with this and they all say that what you see, you create- so I have to agree with the advice of not watching horror movies. I am still scared...
The few times I tried, I was easily able to enter hynagogia within minutes is by allowing my body to feel so light and floaty to the point its almost "uncomfortable". as I feel floaty, I feel (not think) about being close to the top of the room- no expectations. With my eyes closed, this i...
