Re: Lucid Mindset/Lifestyle Technique

As I get older and the responsibilities get bigger, I often find myself dissociating into the reality we create for ourselves. Bills, relationships, cars, houses, loved ones, work, stress and even petty shit like worrying about unimportant things. During these autopilot phases, I find that an entire...

Re: The influence of the presence of sex on lucid dreams

I don't think there's any influence. Sex before bed might make it harder to dream from the amount of hormones going through your body but I'd imagine that's it.

Re: Blinking in lucid dreams

You might not be as asleep as you think, and when you are blinking you are also blinking in real life. When you attain lucidity, try to stay still for a moment and relax but focus on the fact that you are aware. This way, you won't make sudden movements that might wake your body.

Re: Poroblems with MILD

You don't need to repeat the mantra, try something else that might help you fall asleep. Maybe think about your day, or count by 6's, or name all the people you know, count sheep, etc. Meditation before bed certainly helps too.
