Re: I'm confused... Lucid dream or not?

But how does that work? I mean the dreamscape was rather vivid.

Hypnagogic Hallucinations

I have a question, some more advanced people could answer. I read an article on Rebekka's many methods of becoming lucid. I eventually found a rather calming method (the phrasing in your head "100. I will become lucid. 99. I will become lucid. 98. I will become lucid... and so forth). Due to me...

I'm confused... Lucid dream or not?

It started out like a normal dream this night. In this dream, I put myself to bed with the mindset that I would become lucid. I wished for hurricane weather as I woke up. Now here comes the thing that confused me. I'm dreaming that I am falling asleep and becoming lucid. When I had put myself to res...

This one girl!

Hi. So I'm almost at the brink of going insane about this. For the last four days with 3 dreams each night, each dream has contained the same girl I'm friends with. We do normal stuff like hanging out, and having fun - although I'm feeling a sense of happiness when being with her. I've had some feel...

Well. Obviously someone has experienced lucid dreams through the WILD technique. Else the technique wouldn't have been made Einstein ;-)

Re: Second day and already couldn't write the dream down!

If you do get angry or dissapointed by not remembering your days in a day, then I would highly advise you to not start on getting lucid dreams. Lucid dreams can take months before getting even a single dream, no matter how hard you train. Patience is key, and you seem to get frustrated over just mis...

Not much will power?

I've tried to analyze this, and I might think I don't have enough will power when I become lucid, or I atleast fall back into sleep when becoming lucid. In my dreams, when I become lucid (I've only tried it two times), I don't seem to have the will power to tell myself to look at my hand. In my last...

Re: Do we dream inside our head?

I'm ateist, and also educating to become a physicist, so I will take a scientific look at this. When it comes to conciousness, I don't believe it is something the brain posess to be honest. I think it's an entity of space, meaning that it might be at a higher plane, but it's there. To be able to hav...

Re: First lucid dream! Was I lucid or dreaming of being luci

I can confirm that you were lucid dreaming. Problems is with dreams, they are (as you said) blurry and fuzzy so you have a hard time experience the dream correctly. One trick to make the dreams vivid and realistic, is to look at your hands in the dream and rub them together. Feel the hands become mo...

People are scared away!

Most of you have likely seen this image that is floating around different sites like Facebook and 9Gag. It's a picture teaching people to fall into sleep paralysis, with the promise of people closing their eyes, and becoming lucid. http://a1.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/528982_36846158655734...
