Vitamin B6 in Vitamin Water

Postby Chackøwsky » 28 Mar 2012 14:05

The title explains it really. Does vitamin water have enough vitamin B6 to actually affect your dreams? I have read the labels on the bottles and it says 100% of your daily B6, but I don't know if this is enough?
"All is the Nightmare! How I have waited for his... trapped so long in darkness beneath the waves, waiting and growing in strength with its guidance... growing until the time was right. Now the Emerald Dream has become the Emerald Nightmare!"

No idea, but I know sometimes vitamin water can be misleading. I doubt it's enough to have an effect. I just started taking b6 supplements 3 days ago (one 200mg tablet before sleep) and I have had a lot more vivid dreams, even more so when I combine it with melatonin (only once a week).
