Brain Games

Postby bluefrog75 » 16 Aug 2012 03:53

I was wondering if anyone else on here plays brain games and how that affects their dreams. I became a member of Lumosity(a website designed to increase areas of the brain by using brain games), and ever since I started playing the games for a while almost every day I have had a HUGE increase on remembering dreams. I remember my dreams almost every night. I started recording all of them about 2 weeks ago, and I still haven't been able to have a lucid dream yet. I am determined though lol.

If anyone else plays brain games tell me how it affects your dreams and if you are able to become lucid easier, Thanks

Does it help with memory, speed, or attention or anything? I am talking about games designed to enhance certain areas of the brain.
Ever since I started playing them my dream recall has significantly improved!
