You're probably going through a dry spell, happens to everyone now and again. I don't think it has anything to do with trying to enter someone else's dream. What do you mean by that exactly?

No, I think my ability was taken from me as a punishment because I tried to force her in my dreams to be with me and I tried to enter her dreams without her permission.

Well, I don't think she did, or could. It's not something that has been documented before. I think the most likely explanation is the simplest one - a coincidence. I recommend to keep practising and keep a dream journal if you don't already. Good luck!

I think the likeliest person to have taken the ability from you is yourself. You felt you were doing something without permission, something wrong, and needed to punish yourself, or protect those you would intrude upon.

Have you tried apologising?
Making ground rules to prevent future invasiveness?
Not believing you can enter others' dreams? ;)
