Not new, but not experienced.. :\

Hello all. ^^
I'm new to the forums, but I have been "studying" Lucid Dreaming for a couple of months now, and I haven't had much luck. I've known of lucid dreaming since February, yet I have only had three Lucid Dreams. It's just hard to get the concept of waking up in your dreams, yet staying in your dreams. I'm trying hard to learn the WILD technique so I can have them whenever I please... if you've got tips, I'd love to hear them.

Overaite.

Welcome to the forum mate.

I always say this tips: write your dreams, sleep a good number of hours, do reality checks and do from time to time the WBTB method.

Good luck!
