Eatoncheese, welcome.

I suggest the following lucid dream resources. -

- Read Rebecca Turner's informative collection of articles at this web site.

- Book - "Lucid Dreaming: Gateway Yo The Inner Self" by Robert Waggoner

- Search - "Lucid Dream Exchange - Past LDE Articles" - dreaminglucid.com

Best wishes - jasmine2

Honestly, the first time I began to lucid dream I remember that before I would fall asleep I would think of practicing to fly and it worked. It's sort of like how they say to take a fresh look at your notes before you go to sleep so the next day it's fresh in your mind for your exam.
