What worked(and still works) for me is doing frequent reality checks during the day. Also, keep on doing the dream journal, and don't stop. You can also try WBTB, which is when you wake up in the middle of the night 4-6 hours after you fell asleep for about 10-30 minutes (depends on the person) and then go back to bed. For a greater chance of success, you can combine WBTB with WILD, a mantra, or some other technique. It took me 10 days to get my first lucid dream, and it only lasted a few seconds, so don't be discouraged.

Good luck!

I tried WBTB just like you said it but after 6 hours sleep it was hard to fall back asleep and when i finally slept again i didn't had a lucid dream, my dream was really vivd tough. Should i just try it again the same way or sleep less ?

Well, you could try setting an alarm for 4-5 hours after you go to sleep, and staying up for less time. If it's a real problem going back to sleep, you could try FILD or maybe a DEILD.
