Greetings and Salutations

Postby Hiddeninnocence » 14 Sep 2017 04:17

Hello, ladies and gentlemen. I'm a SAHM currently. My husband is active duty military. I love reading, and making things with my hands but i absolutely love sleeping. Mainly the dreaming aspect of it. My dreams have always been vivid and exciting. I'm not sure exactly when I started lucid dreaming but lately it's been a bit weird. I'm here to try and get some insight. At night, I have issues falling asleep and staying asleep which makes day times naps ideal but irregular. I've seen many doctors regarding my lack of sleep but I don't tolerate the medications well. I'm hoping to better control the lucid dreaming and the false awakening.

Thank you.

Welcome Hiddeninnocence. I also have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, but I can't nap during the day either. I do take Valerian Root and Passion flower supplements before I go to sleep at night. This seems to help on most nights. Good luck with your lucid dreaming journey.
