Hi I'm Luke, I'm new to lucid dreaming and I practice every day. Iv been drawn to spirituality as I have found a purpose in life. Turns out I'm a indigo adult. Since I started iv read Nemours sites, reading books and watching videos.
I guess I'm here to share experiences with you all and try to get to the stage that I can vividly lucid dream also wanting to astroproject. I can get my self into a good calm meditation state and I'm just looking for tips and what things I need to focus on. I am trying to raise my vibration in a viriaty of different ways. This is all very exciting and I'm looking forward to practicing this probably for the rest of my life!

Here is a few things about myself...
I'm a 28 year old male from Bradford, West Yorkshire, UK.
I am a mechanic who is also a mature student studying further in my area. I have a small garage where I do some work.
I love the out doors and nature, Animals. I have 3 dogs Nancy my British Bull dog, River my German Shepard cross hybrid wolf and Roxy my 18 week old German Shepard, all beautiful dogs they are my family and it's wouldn't be the same without them! River and Roxy I rescued from a life of been in a cage at a puppy farm there were over 25 dogs there and I helped get them back up to health and rehome them. ( if I had the space I would of had them all!).
I do have a couple of health problems that I'm managing with I.e Crohns Diease and funnily enough bipolar and iv recently found that I'm an indigo adult and all the symptoms I have with bipolar is to do with the indigo traits so I'm handling it much better now it all makes sense!
I have two children Tiana my eldest 7 and Hope 8 months!
So that's about me I'm just trying to experience the gifts and also try these magical things we as a human being is capable of.
Any advice would be absolutely fantastic and sharing your wisdom and knowledge will be Great!
I will look forward to chatting with you guys!
Thanks for taking the time to read this I know it's a little long winded lol so I'll stop here. I'm a very open person and down to earth (Not for long :D )
Thanks Luke

Welcome Luke.

As far as advice, I would say read and learn as much about lucid dreaming techniques as you can. Try as many as you can to see which works best for you. Then stick with the ones that work. Try not to get discouraged if you struggle, that is normal.

I wish you the best in your lucid dreaming pursuits.
