Uh oh

Postby James » 28 Feb 2012 21:01

Ages ago I could lucid dream occasionally with DILD but I realised it wasn't reliable enough so I attempted WILD

It has been roughly 1 month since this change and ever since I started I have had no lucid dreams, not only using WILD but also with DILD

Its as if my WILD attempts are wrecking my DILD's :(

Any advise or explaniations or inspiration? Because now im a bit disheartened and I'm thinking abut quitting more than a few times I have woken up and not been able to get back to sleep so only having like 6hrs for sleep when I should be having about 9 and a half. So please someone ispire me also :D

Wow, same thing happened with me. As soon as I tried WILD, my Lucid Dreams stopped for a while. I went back to DILD and WBTB and they came back. I guess some methods just don't work for people like us.
