I have been having random lucid dreams off and on my entire life. My earliest memory of lucid dream is when I was about 7. I remember talking to cartoon characters and then coming to the realization that I was dreaming. I tried to wake up and I couldn't. I'd wake up and sit up in bed. My bedroom seemed real and I then noticed a few things that seemed off. I was still dreaming. It was quite scary.
I hope to use the info and some of the products recommended by Rebecca to better control when I do dream and also be able to influence what happens in these lucid dreams.
Web site looks great Rebecca. Keep up the good work. Contribution on the way.
