Trapped and Can't Wake Up

Postby funkylogan64 » 30 Mar 2012 06:20

last night I was having a crazy weird dream. In my dream I started to scream, then somehow realized I was also ?moaning/screaming? in real life. Once I realized it, I tried to wake up but couldn't (or maybe didn't want to). Then I tried to scream in my dream and realized that I was moaning/screaming in real life. It woke my wife up and she asked whats up. I eventually woke for a minute but then went back to sleep. What is the best description of this??

dual consciousness, assuming you really were aware of the real world and your wife woke up in real life and not in the deal.

I'd suggest not dual consciousness... but, being able to focus within more than one reality frame at a time. :)
