Postby luciddreamer49 » 21 Jul 2013 00:36

Tonight when I goto bed I am going to attempt WILD but I have a question. If it try it right when I'm going to bed, will it work? Or should I wait until I wake up during the night because I'll be closer to REM?
Thanks!:)

The best time is after 4-5 hours of deep sleep.

He is right, it is very difficult to have a succsessfull wild right when you go to bed.

You really only wanna try it after 4-5 hours of sleep!

Good luck!!!! :)

Why are people saying 4-5 hours? I've looked at numerous sleep charts and each one shows that the longest REM cycles begin just before the 6 hour mark.
Never underestimate the power of the ponies.
