Dream recall help?

Postby Lil Fav » 24 Mar 2014 23:50

I'm currently In high school right now and I have to wake up at 6:00 every morning and get ready for the bus at 6:50. The problem is I usually wake up mid dream and everything is so urgent I have to move around a lot so I forget the dream I was just having. Is there any way that I can increase my dream recall?

You can go to bed earlier or set an alarm clock to wake you up earlier in the morning, so you could have time to write your dreams.
