How long does it take to have you first lucid dream?
I subscribed to "10 steps to lucid dreaming". Has anyone of you tried that before, if yes, after how many days did you have your first lucid dream?

P.S: It would be really nice if you could share your first lucid dream as well

There is no certain times, for each person it's different.

For some people it could take 1 day and for others it could take 1 year, it's depends on the person and also how much of time he think about lucid dreaming and get into the subject.

It took me 4 months! And only then when I decided to "take a break" for a little while. So hang in there and don't give up

Took me less than a week. But like GalMutzafy said, its different for everyone... From what ive seen, the average is rougly 2-4 weeks IF you are using the right techniques and performing them correctly

I had instant success (induced five lucid dreams on the first night of practice).

This was when practicing WILD techniques.

It feels amazing to be able to lucid dream at will.

There is a factor called 'Talent for lucid dreaming' which determines how long it takes you to learn, combined with persistence.
