Trouble with WILD

Postby Ikamon.13579LD » 15 May 2012 02:21

I finally realized I was doing the WILD wrong. I discovered that you allow your consciousness to drift away just enough so that you can lose consciousness but react when the hypnogogia shows up. My problem is once the hypnagogia shows up, if I observe it in any way, it breaks my sleep paralysis and I completely wake up. Any suggestions?

From everything that I've read, you need to stay completely conscience, and allow yourself to slip into the dream when it feels 3d enough.

However I have yet to have a fully lucid dream, so I don't have the most valuable advice.

You both said the key word... "allow".

This is something which you have to ALLOW to happen. :)
