MILD (I think) Question

Postby Finch_Linus » 03 Sep 2014 21:07

I think I've been doing MILD. Heres what I've been trying to do: 1) Have a dream 2) Wake up directly after it 3) Re-enter it. 4) Become lucid.

I've done steps one and two. I've trained myself to wake up after a dream (on most occasions). How can I re-enter my dream without forgetting to try and enter or falling asleep too quickly?

P.S Is it actually possible for everyone to have a lucid dream?

What you're describing sounds like the DEILD technique. This article should provide you with plenty of info on that: http://www.world-of-lucid-dreaming.com/dream-exit-induced-lucid-dreams.html
