WILD altenative

Postby Jacob D K » 29 May 2012 16:34

i know that in techniques like the WILD you have to imagine you are in a previos dream. if you didn't have a dream the night before that, could you just "make your own" dream?

P.S. typed at school

For starting the lucid dreaming techniques,it is higly recommended to at least remember 1 dream per night, that means you should use one of them.If you don't succeed at first, don't worry. As Rebecca said,WILD need practise. If you want easy techniques, try MILD or WBTB.
