Namasthe people!I am new!

Postby garavegeta » 30 Jun 2012 18:44

Hello,I am new here.I am a 'Lucid Nightmarer' ,I am experiencing sleep paralysis,in most of my dreams.I desperately try to wake up but, when i do.it turns out to be another dream, and this thing goes on for 10 to 12 times, may be even more.I have never had a good Lucid dream,I am dragged, thrown, and sometimes just free falls.I couldn't fly in any of my dreams (╥﹏╥) .

Welcome to the forums. :)

What you're experiencing is a direct manifestation of your fears.
Next time you find yourself in Sleep Paralysis... RELAX and stay CALM.

That's the key. :)
Know that nothing is going to hurt you. You're perfectly safe.

Hello Ryan,Thank you so much, for replying to my post. But am I really panicking??,its in the dream that I panicked right?.In the dream,I do some crazy things, that I normally never does!.If it was in the real world,I would have lain there, and let 'whatever' come to me.But in the dream I try to run away from it.

Actually, y'know what? I read your original post wrong!

Sleep Paralysis is experienced when you wake up and are unable to move. Is this the case?
From what you're describing it sounds like you're having a paralysis episode while within the non-physical environment.

In the end though, the solution is the same... calm yourself and relax. Then remain focused upon your goal and KNOW (don't believe, KNOW) that you're perfectly safe. :)
