Abanoned Websites

Postby Davyboyvs13 » 15 Jan 2017 06:50

I have always wonder what do people do with Abandoned websites. Does it stay on the internet forever? Is their a program that comes along and gets rid of it? Is this website abandoned? The only thing that seemed alive is this forum which is a huge surprise. Is it fun here or somethings? Well there is a reason why I signed up. I will tell you straight up. I want to read people's Lucid dreaming stories (I have never Lucid dreamed) and create an awesome movie out of it. I have done it before, but here is the thing. A lot of people do not post long detail LD stories or dream stories. Another thing they never reply if you asked them. Seriously There is a gold mine of websites filled LD and Dreaming stories, but guess what! They're abandoned. Ugh! what should I do?

this forum seems fairly active, maybe not with thousands of people but there definitely seems to be a community!

I write really long epics and try to capture every single detail of it. Words can't do it justice, but it's the only way I can convey them until they invent a dream machine that captures them on video for me to upload and share that way. I bet many people see a long post of my dreams and don't bother reading because it's too long, and I totally understand because I sometimes do the same. However, if you are interested, I do have some detailed lucid dreams written here on the forum. I will find the links to them.

This is in "Share Your Lucid Dreams" section, under "Hagart's Crazy Dream Journal". I only wrote two there, and gave up having a lucid dream journal online since.

This one was written better than the others because I took the time to proof read it, and broke it down into sections, like mini-chapters, for easy reading. If you wanted a long lucid dream to read, this is the one.

The problem with lucid dream stories is that they don't usually have a developing plot with intriguing characters, climax and all the other literary techniques, so they don't necessarily make a good movie.
(Unless you want to attempt a David-Lynch-style movie experiment. ;) )
However, they can certainly be used as inspiration for a new story, of course.

Some of my dreams are pornos. I don't want to star in that and you don't want to see it. :D

Start exercising more so that you can impress us. I recommend the old Beachbody's Insanity workout to aid in getting ripped.

No need to work out. Look at Ron Jeremy! He also had a cameo in Ghostbusters as an extra. I'll get my break someday too.
This conversation is getting weird now.

It's my fault again as usual. :P
