Keeping yourself awake

Postby phangz » 29 Jul 2012 06:02

Sometimes when i go to bed and i try to keep relaxed throughout the restlessness that i've read about i end up keeping myself awake. then i try to relax my mind and completely fail. So i'll lay there for about an hour without moving a muscle but still be awake. so i need help in this area.

If WILD doesn't work for you, just try a different technique like MILD or WBTB... these techniques allow you to sleep naturally... you can roll over, sleep on your side,
Whatever floats your boat.
