Postby LearningToDream » 27 Jul 2017 22:49

I was thinking of doing this as my beginner method, please tell me if it is okay or should be changed, thanks.

Meditation (20+ mins) (When I wake up and before I go to bed)
MILD
Reality Checks
Journaling

Thanks, sorry for my English

It's a good start. Also if you want to take advantage of a 2000% increase of going Lucid then wake up 2 to 3 hours before your regular wake up time and stay up 30+ min and go back to bed. Do some meditate or read a book. No phone, computer, or tv. the point is to say wake but not wake up too much. Keep sleep close by, but stay awake.
