WBTB WITHOUT AN ALARM

This is really nice, and I wake up the night I choose too! Its super simple. *inhales*

Just drink a bunch of water or any drink. RIGHT BEFORE bed. Works like a charm.

Woah,I actually never thought of this.

Yeah,this would indeed be useful for those who can't use an alarm to do WBTB. Good thinking ;)

yeah u just wake up wiith a full bladder. No way u can sleep comfortably likee that!

Thanks for making this post. This is basically what I do as well. I do not use any alarms even for normal morning wake up I just go to bed early enough and my water intake is pretty high throughout the day so I'm usually up sometimes two or three or four times to use the bathroom at night and that gives me a chance to dream journal East time and I guess it's my sleep pattern for now so I'll try and take advantage of it although sometimes I think it might be healthier to not wake up so much

theres a better way first ill tell you what works for me and then something other people can do when i have something important the next day i always wake up in the middle of the night so i have my parents try to convince me when i dont expect them to that i gotta get ready for something the next day so how someone might attain that ability is simple whenever there is something important or place you gotta go the next day set up a alarm just after your rem sleep starts and go back to bed after being woken dont try any techniques just do this enough and you will start to wake up without a alarm when something not of normal routine needs to be done the next day
