WILD Help

Postby Surprisejedi » 22 Sep 2017 16:58

So, last night I tried Lucid Dreaming. I did not wake up, set an alarm, or anything of that sort. I just went to bed and triggered Sleep Paralysis. That being my first time, it was pretty weird (it felt like I was rotating infinitely, is this normal?) Then I went into REM, I started getting weird vibrations throughout my whole body (Is this normal either?). Unfortunately, I really had to pee  so I woke up... After that I could not trigger sleep paralysis again and slept regularly. So... I had no Lucid Dreams, but I was in REM... Does this mean anything?
