I have been trying for months...

Postby Yellebunz » 04 Aug 2012 20:53

Hello Dreamers... ;) I have been trying to have lucid dreams for about 2 months now. I'm having successful amounts of dreams that I can recall, I just can't seem to become Lucid when I am having them. I am looking for tips... I do reality checks through out the day & visualize, I started meditating & practice yoga. What can I do to increase my chances of becoming aware while inside my dreams?

Basically just keep trying and try all of the different methods, especially WBTB which is one of the easiest. Also trust and believe that it will happen and above all things, don't push too hard. Relax and let go.
Have you ever had a dream, Neo, that you were so sure was real? What if you were unable to wake from that dream? How would you know the difference between the dream world and the real world? Morpheus

You're probably doing a few of these, or all of them! In any case... enjoy! :)
