Lucid Dreaming Tips

Postby sonicrush888 » 01 Oct 2012 18:14

Ok, so I haven't been trying to Lucid Dream for long, but I was wondering, do any of you have any tips on speeding up the process? Like something that will mean I'll be able to have one quicker? Which method would work best for a newbie? Also, I don't remember dreams very well, what would be the best way to get better at that?

Thanks in advance.

Yay, I had a lucid dream last night :D So what happpened was, I was walking down a road which wasn't very busy, when i did a reality check. My hand was like a hologram with 7 fingers. I immediately ran round in a circle shouting "I'm deaming!" and then jumped off the cliff that randomly appeared to my left. The dream ended there.

Is that a good start to lucid dreaming?
