I work nights so when i sleep, its usually 7am to about 2:30 to 3:00PM. Well, this morning before i went to sleep, i did my usual routine of listening to the free sample of binaural beats from the Unexplainable store and concetrating on making my plan for what i wanted to lucid dream about. I woke up at about 1 in the afternoon and could recall the dream i had but it wasnt lucid. So, i laid there and meditated on lucid dreaming and thought that i would buy a copy of Isochronic beats to see if this would help and fell back to sleep again. Almost instantly, as far as i could tell i dropped right into a lucid dream this time. I know this because i said to myself that i am dreaming and started to immediately develop the world that i wanted to explore. If i understand correctly, this is know as a Wake Back To Bed result. It only lasted for about 30 seconds then i lost the lucidity of it. What i discoverd is that once you obtain lucidity you also have to maintain it. I just think i need more practice and experiance in this field like anything in life to get better at it. Your comments are most welcome.
