Can't achieve "deep awareness" is it even worth it

Postby dedidreamer » 30 Nov 2012 16:17

I had 2 lucid dreams so far. Both happened because of false awakenings. The first one I was lucid for like 3 seconds, the one I had last night, I was lucid multiple times. However I remember my dreams as normal dreams, and feel they are slightly different than normal dreams. And I do rub my hands together, and remind myself I'm dreaming. Also in my dream I tried yelling the persons name I wanted to see, but it was like I lost my voice.

you need practice, your mind can do incredible things with lots of practice. and yes i would say it is worth it.

I have the same problem. Sometimes it gets very discouraging. But i guess we wont really know if its worth it until we get really good at it. ;)
